January 29, 2009 - 1 mile

Last night was again filled with homework (that should have been classwork) frustrations and Matt working late. So this morning I got up and ran a quick mile in 11:21, increasing my speed each quarter mile. I can't wait until I can run more miles more consistently and outside! I'm getting frustrated with how slowly I'm progressing and how stinkin' tired I am by the end of the day. But, at the same time, I'm happy to have at least run that mile this morning.
