July 22, 2009 - 8 miles

Ah, running buddies. It's so nice to run with my running buddy. The summer has proven most busy so it has been difficult to stick to every Wednesday. But this time it worked. I finished my 8 miles in 1:35:00. Super! =) Plus we were honked at because, to quote Beth, "apparently, at 30 miles-per-hour, we're attractive." Naturally, if you've met us, you would know that we're attractive at any mile-per-hour! ;)
