A fairly uneventful 4 miles today in 47:23. Most likely the only run of this week until the Rock 'n Roll Half Marathon. The evenings are super busy with my folks' moving, my aunt in town, and a bridal shower to plan, buy food, and making the cake. I'm tired just thinking about it!
